What a guy!!

So I have this teenager(Anber) that loves to read but doesn't take care of my books so I told my awesome hubby I needed a new bookshelf for in our room. So he started building it for me and this is the half finished project. Yeah I can't wait!

Well it's 12:45 am and I can't to sleep there is just too much crap rolling in my head! We found out on when I went in for a dr appointment Wednesday that I had lost the baby. This makes miscarriage #2 in the last 14 months! My body hadn't realized the baby was gone and Dr. Bowen felt it would be atleast another month till it did. so I went in for another D&C today. For those of you who knew thank you for your support and prayers.

Snow!!

We had a nasty cold storm come in last night

it left the top of this mountain with SNOW!

It's still stinkin cold out side but by 1:30 it had
already started to melt. This mountain is only
a few miles away from our home, we've been
here almost 3 yrs & this is first time its been
snowed on! BRRRR!!

Mine!

I was making bread tonight and while the dough was kneading Kortney thought she had to have her head on top of the mixer. I'm not to sure why she had to lay on it, if thought it was all hers or maybe it was just calming. But either way shes dang cute!

1st PLACE!!

Coolidge High let the students have an open floor talent show tonight and it was alot of fun watching all the talented kids. Anber is involved with an after school hip hop dance group called 'The Amp'(to help educate and move people). The group holds practices Monday-Thursday and have had several performances. Tonight they danced to Michael Jackson's 'Thriller'. They did an awesome job and took 1st place! The school rewarded them with a trophy, a ribbon and a $50 gift certificate. GOOD JOB ANBER!

YUM!!

My birthday fell on Sunday this year and I told Steve all I wanted was my favorites. So he made cube steak(my grandmas special recipe) for dinner. Then my favorite of all time cheesecake! He made this cake from scratch and it was the BEST I've ever had. He told me he put only 1 candle on so we wouldn't have a forest fire on my cake, whatever!
